Biography. Jerome was born June 4, 1937 in Ashland, Kansas. He was educated at the University of Kansas (BA, 1959), Princeton Theological Seminary (M Div, 1962 and D Min, 1996), and the University of Tulsa Law Schol (JD, 1969).
